Application Process

Any business or organisation who would like to be admitted to membership of the Business Networking - 1700 Breakfast Club shall make a Formal Application to the Management Committee together with payment of the one off administration fee of £100.

If the application is approved, the Management Committee shall elect the business or organisation a member of the Club.

Other payments are due when the application has been successful, this cost is £20 for the monthly refreshments. Payment is required to be set up by Standing Order.

What Type of Business Can Join?

Any business or organisation, large or small, whether based in the area or not, may apply for membership. With a one off joining membership fee as low as £100 it’s an exceptionally cost effective way to meet and make new business contacts and to develop existing business relationships.

Type of Membership:

Membership is taken by company, not on an individual basis - so only one joining fee per company is required. The same person doesn’t have to attend every meeting and this allows you to spread the responsibility among the company team to attend.

Note: Any business or organisation who is a member of Lanarkshire Chamber of Commerce shall be eligible for membership in the Business Networking - 1700 Breakfast Club, provided however that only one business or organisation from any trade or occupation (business category) shall be a member of the Club at any given time. The decision of the Management Committee on whether a business or organisation shall be admitted as a member to the Club or not shall be final and binding.
